A: Our goal is to provide the very best price possible to the end user. With a low overhead, very slim margins and FREE shipping, there's just no room to move on the price. The good news is that you can be assured of receiving an excellent product at a great value!

Q: How can I tell if my item is backordered?

A: If an item is on backorder you will recieve a notice at checkout. Most of the items we sell will have a re-stock date posted in the item description.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Can I track my shipment?

A: Yes! If your order is shipped via truck lines (items over 150 lbs.), we will email you the tracking info so you can track the delivery progress. Once you see the item, such as a grapple rake, has made it to the destination trucking terminal feel free to call the trucking company so they will know you are ready to receive the shipment. If your order is shipped via FedEx Ground or another ground carrier, you will receive a tracking email directly from the carrier so you can track your order.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: Shipping in most cases is free. Items under 150 lbs. are shipped via FedEx Ground to an home or business in the lower 48 United States for free. Items over 150 lbs. are shipped via truck lines and shipping for those items are free to a commercial address or only $75 to a home/farm address.

Q: Why do I have to pay for Farm / Residential Delivery?

A: Trucking companies charge less for business deliveries because they're normally easier. The Freight Co. must travel into less familiar neighborhoods or rural areas which may have an address that is more difficult to find, or be several are generally on Main streets in more familiar commercial areas, which are less challenging to locate and typically have plenty of accessibility. Also, there are employees there to receive them during normal business hours. They're just less complicated, quicker deliveries and we will be happy to cover that cost. Any type of AG stores, Feed & Supply stores, Co-ops, Ace Hardware, NAPA, Tractor Supply Co. have all been great about receiving deliveries for our customers

Q: If I can unload my shipment with my tractor or skid steer at my farm do I qualify for free shipping?

A: The trucking companies will charge us an additional $75 to $125 for residential farm delivery. To qualify for free shipping on items that weigh over 150 lbs., such as for loader forks, please put your local feed, ag., or lumber yard's address in the shipping section.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your Return Policy?

We welcome returns within (14) days for a refund, minus any shipping costs incurred. No returns will be accepted after (14) days of receipt of the item(s).
Please Note: If the item that you purchased included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping for purchased items and all costs related, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be in new condition, returned in their original packaging, and should visibly reference an RMA # issued by our customer service staff.
  • Refunds take approximately a week to process upon return of the item(s), and after all returnpolicy terms have been satisfied.
