Great implement for managing a woodlotReview by Norm
Mounted on a 460 loader on JD 4500 tractor without alteration. Picked an 18" by 6', hard maple log off the ground and transported easily (you'll need a counterweight for safety). Handled brush as expected. Fed hydraulics from the factory installed rear for the grapples. Standard ISO, quick connecPicked a 30 foot cherry for sawing blocks at waist height (back saving). Very pleased so far with this purchase. Had problem with FedEx delivery. Fortunately, I have a set of Titan pallet forks and was able to unload from the trailer that delivered the Grapple without a lift gate. (Posted on 9/26/2016)

Question: JD 5103 with 512 loader. Compatible?

From jason hauck at Apr 26, 2017

Question: is the 72" grappler compatible with 2017 h165 loader on a 3033R tractor?

Answer: This mount plate will fit John Deere loaders that feature the "Hook and Pin" mounting style. This mounting style is distinguished by two top hooks on the attachment side that measure 40" center to center and two bottom pins that measure 47" center to center.

From Brandon at Jan 24, 2017

Question: Will this work with my John Deere D170 loader assembly?

Answer: If your D170 Loader features the "hook and pin" style carrier this grapple will be a perfect fit.

This mounting style features (2) hooks on the top left and right of the attachment and (2) pins on the bottom left and right side that go through your loader arm and are secured with a spring clip.

From Dean Stumpf at Dec 14, 2016

Question: I have a 6420 john deere tractor with front wheel assist and a 640 loader. Do you have a grapple similar to this that will fit this loader / tractor? Also for the hydraulics can hoses be ran to the rear hydraulic hookups to power the grapple? Thank you

Answer: Unfortunately, our grapples will not fit a 600 series John Deere loader.

Thank you,
Titan Support.

From Winston at Dec 14, 2016

Answer: Yes, this item will fit on a John Deere 553 loader.

Thank you,

From Norm Roof at Sep 17, 2016

Question: Two questions:
1) JD 4600 w/460 loader no mid pto, rear hydraulics. Where would be best to pick up hydraulic connections?
2) 460 loader only has one connection pin per side while your product shows two. Will the 460 loader miss one of the two pins or will I have to remove one?

Answer: You do not have to worry about the bottom pin, as that is for 500 loaders and above. Your 460 loader will indeed fit this attachment.

From Norm Roof at Sep 17, 2016

Question: Fitment says top pins fit the 460 loader, but that loader not listed for the bottom pins. What needs to be done to make this work on the 460 loader?

Answer: This will work with your loader. As long as the top pins fit, that is what matters.
