Questions on 37 Ton 302cc Horizontal \ Vertical Log Splitter Electric Start
Question: Third time sending the same question: The advertised "features" include 30"-long but the specs. show the cylinder stroke is 24". Which # is correct?
Question: The "features" describe a 30" length but the "specifications" show a 24" stroke. What is the correct information?
Answer: We apologize for the confusing information this log splitter has a 24" stroke.
Question: On the screen the advertisement includes words stating longer wood - 30" stroke, however the cylinder is reported to be 5" x 2" x 24". I want the longer stroke - is the is machine built with a 30"-stroke cylinder?
Question: is this a 12vlt or 110 start
Answer: You will need to provide a 12 volt battery. The battery tray is designed to hold a 12N9-4B-1.
Question: My throttle is fixed on fast. there is a metal tab set into a slot on it. that prevents it from moving. What is up with that?
Is there somewhere to get an exploded diagram of the machine, with part numbers?
Any instructions on cleaning the hydraulic oil filter?

Question: How come I got a manual for a 72 ton splitter when I put the hydrulic oil in the manual said it takes 12 gallon fluid after 8 or 9 gal it overflowed on the floor. This manual was worthless some pages refered to a 37 Ton and some were 72 ton. I couldn't even find a 72 ton on your website.
